All our gears are manufactured using EN 353 case-hardened steel (58–60 HRC), ground to micron accuracies with span measurement values (BTL) maintained to DIN standards. Worm wheels use centrifugally cast phosphor bronze at 110–120 BHN, and sprocket teeth are induction hardened to 350–380 BHN for maximum durability.
